7:20 p.m. Friday — Douglas Hockenberry, 47, of Butler was charged with simple assault following a domestic incident outside of his residence at 240 Taylor Street in which he allegedly shoved his wife, Angela Hockenberry, to the ground. Police report his wife had injuries on her hands, knees and feet. Douglas Hockenberry was jailed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 cash surety bond.3:28 a.m. Friday — Stephanee Anne Feltmale, 22, of Butler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after a patrolman found her staggering along New Castle Street.2:33 a.m. Friday — Bruce Bryner Jr., 23, of Butler was cited for driving with a suspended license, not having a valid vehicle registration and not having insurance following a traffic stop on South Sixth Avenue.
12:41 a.m. Saturday — Russelle Marie Johnson, 53, of Cranberry Township was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and several traffic violations following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.1:45 p.m. Friday — Melissa Miller, 19, of Parker and April Ferguson, 20, of Emlenton were charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing $116 worth of clothing from the JC Penney department store in the Clearview Mall in Center Township.
1:10 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Gerry Eakin, 54, of Grove City landed in a ditch off Lamor Road in East Lackawannock Township. Eakin told police he veered off the road to avoid hitting a dog.Friday — Someone stole a $3,500 white Timberland trailer owned by Shoe & Uniform Warehouse while it was parked outside Prime Outlets off Route 208 in Springfield Township between 6:30 p.m. April 15 and 8:50 a.m. April 20. The trailer contained $7,300 worth of merchandise. Anyone with information about the theft should call police at 724-662-6162.
9:40 p.m. Thursday — Lee Crissman, 19, of Kittanning was charged with driving under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop on Route 422 in North Buffalo Township in which police found Z\v—-pound of marijuana in the vehicle.
2:30 p.m. Wednesday — A tire fell off the bed of a trailer towed by a dump truck driven by Thomas Walters, 34, of Rimersburg. It struck a car driven by Regina Barris, 42, of Parker on Route 386 in Perry Township. Walters was cited for unsecure loads and having no insurance.
12:30 p.m. April 11 — The owner of A2Z Auto at 2431 Evans City Road reported the theft of tools and a number of hood ornaments from his business. No value of the items was available.8:56 p.m. April 10 — Thomas William Dowd, 52, of 111 N. Clay St., Zelienople, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive at safe speeds and not using low beams following a traffic stop on Route 19 near Northland Ford.8:49 a.m. April 9 — Sherry Lynn Kelly, 47, of 569 Little Creek Road, Evans City, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license after she was pulled over by police on Route 19 near Mercer Road for an expired registration sticker.11:07 p.m. March 29 — Christopher Terrell Lewis, 18, of 500 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, was charged with retail theft after admitting to stealing more than $300 in cigarettes while he was an employee at BiLo supermarket in the Northgate Plaza off Route 19.4 p.m. March 25 — Dan Treme, 31, of 195 Camp Run Road, Apt. B, Harmony, was charged with failing to obey duties at a stop sign, not wearing a seat belt, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop near the intersection of Lindsay Road.
