Dressel also singled in the win for the Planets (4-5, 1-2).

Chip Hasek picked up, scattering four hits while striking out four in seven innings.

Justin Thompson and Dan Pickard each had a double for Knoch (0-8, 0-4).

The Butler boys team beat Blackhawk 104-23 Thursday.First-place finishers in individual events for the Golden Tornado (7-0) were Evan Gomez in the 1,600 meters, Cody Hartman in the 400, Cody West in the 800, Darius Hightower in the 200, Adam Steiner in the shot put, Dave McCandless in the long jump, Brandon Taylor in the triple jump and Jason Glasgow in the pole vault.Butler's 400-meter relay team of Hightower, Glasgow, Jon McAvoy and Jay Swiagart, along with the 1,600-meter relay team of Cole Baxter, Carlos Sanchez, Dave Hohn and Gomez, were also victorious.
