Lemuel Reed McBride

Lemuel Reed McBride, 79, of Fombell died Thursday at Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople.

Born Nov. 14, 1927, in Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, he was the son of Samuel R. and Catherine McQuiston McBride.

Mr. McBride retired in 1992 from Billco Manufacturing, Zelienople.

He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post 474, Zelienople.

He was known for his work with stained glass.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Henricks McBride, whom he married Jan. 3, 1981; a daughter, Sue Ann Gliebe of Harmony; two stepdaughters, Caprice Lavery of Reston, Va., and Deborah Ellefson of Manassas, Va.; a sister, Evelyn Schar of Zelienople; four grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

<B>MCBRIDE </B>— Friends of Lemuel Reed McBride, who died Thursday, March 8, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev.
