JEFFERSON TWP — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host a health and wellness fair at Haven III Apartments from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Eleven organizations and the Concordia staff will offer free blood pressure, osteoporosis, glaucoma, hearing, foot and dental screenings.

The Allegheny Valley YMCA of Natrona Heights will be there to discuss its Silver Sneakers exercise program and the new yoga stretch programs offered at Concordia.

At 2:30 p.m., discussions on incontinence and eye health are planned, followed at 3:30 p.m. by a discussion on spine health.
