Michele A. Giebel, 43, of Harmony died Saturday at her home.

Born Sept. 3, 1963, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Andrew and Jennifer Harvard Missenda.

A graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, she was a hair stylist at the Shear Paradise salon in Zelienople.

She also was a Girl Scout leader of Troop 914 in Harmony and had been a licensed day care provider, operating Michele's Day Care in her home.

Mrs. Giebel was a member of Strikers Bowling League. She provided the gift of organ donation and was a member of St. Gregory Catholic Church, Zelienople.

She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Giebel; three children, Heather, Renee and Robert Giebel; her mother of Castle Shannon; her father and his wife, Mary Rose, of Harrisburg; three children, Heather, Renee and Robert Giebel; and two sisters, Marybeth and Lisa Missenda, both of Accokeek, Md.

<B>GIEBEL</B>— Friends of Michele A. Giebel, who died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Gregory Roman Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, with the Rev. William Ritzert, officiating.
