The Days Inn Conference Center

The Days Inn Conference Center on Route 8 just south of Butler has established itself as the premier hotel and banquet center in the Butler area.

Over the past three years it has undergone a series of renovations. These include a new exterior facade, remodeled lobby area, new pool area, and remodeled hotel corridors.

The second phase of these updates has been the most noticeable change for our guests. These updates include plush mattresses, remodeled guest bathrooms, room carpet, and modernized guest room furniture. Along with the guestrooms; Frisco's Bar & Grill has a new modernized look including overstuffed leather couches by a gas fire place.

An asset to the community for years, the mission of our new management team is to provide high quality lodging, dining, banquet facilities, and recreation to Butler and surrounding communities.

The hotel was built in 1965 with Arnold Palmer as a prime investor. Since then the hotel has under gone many changes and has been the home for many annual events.

The hotel was originally built as a Holiday Inn, and then for a brief time was a Quality Inn.

It has been home of the Bluegrass Festival in January for 15 years. It also hosts major wrestling and boxing events, featuring Butler's own Brian Minto.

We feature two of the area's largest bridal shows in February and September. A New Year's Eve gala featured Butler's own Jentz Band with attendance of 400 guests this past year. Our Small Business Christmas Party is attended by many local businesses. Also, we host a fabulous Easter and Mother's Day brunch.

We host a number of role-playing and card games, such as Circle of Swords, Magic the Gathering and YuGioh, several times a year.

Days Inn has become the place to hold banquets and weddings with two large banquet rooms. The hotel can accommodate the small, intimate affair to large-scale events.

Holiday Hall can hold up to 525 people and the Heritage Hall can hold 225 people.

We have added large windows and crystal chandeliers to our Heritage Hall, making it the perfect place setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

Discounted sleeping rooms are available for wedding guests.

Since the summer of 2004, the hotel has under gone major changes, such as a new look to the front of the building, giving it a more modern look and a repaved parking lot accommodating more than 500 vehicles and handicap parking.

Days Inn prides itself with the most important thing that makes a company successful — employees. It employs 64 people, some who have been there for more than 30 years.

The Frisco's Bar & Grill, open daily for breakfast and dinner, features Sunday brunch, which will feature many new changes starting this spring.
