SOUTH BUTLER FLYERSREGISTRATION: Sign-ups for both clubs are in April.

COST: Butler Stealth Track Club: $45 for the first child, $40 for a sibling and $35 for each additional child in the family.South Butler Flyers: $40 for the first child, $35 for a sibling and $30 for each additional child in the family.Registration in either club includes membership in the national and local branches of USA Track and Field and insurance coverage.

ELIGIBILITY: Only U.S. citizens are eligible to compete in the open men's and women's indoor and outdoor; junior men's and women's; men's and women's race walking, men's and women's open, junior and masters cross country; and men's and women's long distance running track and field events. Nonresident alien athletes may compete as invited guests only on a reciprocal basis.

SCORING: Teams are scored either by place or by time. By place, the team score is the total of the finishing positions of scoring members. The team with the lowest total points wins. By time, the team score is the aggregate time of scoring members.Each individual winner of the previous year's USA Open Championships is entitled to receive from the sponsoring organization expenses to defend his or her title.
