Alice A. Best
Alice A. Best, 81, of Butler, died at 11:40 p.m. Thursday at Sunnyview Home.
Born Jan. 21, 1926, in Middletown, Ohio, she was the daughter of John Cornell and Marguerite Reed Bradrick.
She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, and was also a member of the GFWC Junior Women's and Intermediate Clubs, and she volunteered for Butler Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Carol) McClean of Butler; a son, Donald J. Best, and his wife Ellen Garbuny of Butler; four grandchildren, Kristen and Megan McClean, and Zachary Best, all of Butler, and Emily Best of Dax, France; a sister, Jean Gunnin of Los Alamitos, Calif.; two brothers, Thomas Reed Bradrick of Scotts Valley, Calif., and John C. Bradrick Jr. of Butler; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Bradrick of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Best, who died Feb. 27, 1988; and a brother, William C. Bradrick.
