Almeda B. Conoran Antanitis, 74, of Richland Township died Sunday at UPMC Passavant Hospital.

Born June 7, 1932, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Wilbert C. and Agnes Leach Conoran.

Mrs. Antanitis was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was kindhearted and gave to many Christian charities. She enjoyed playing bingo.

Surviving are her children, Stephen J. Antanitis of Adams Township, John W. (Joan) Antanitis of West Deer Township and Janet Marie (Roy) Cook of Adams Township; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Joseph J. Antanitis, whom she married Dec. 30, 1949, in Pittsburgh, preceded her in death.

<B>ANTANITIS </B>— Friends of Almeda B. Conoran Antanitis, who died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>HERBERT R. KING JR. FUNERAL HOME</B> 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Richard Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Oldenski officiating.Private burial will be at Allegheny County Memorial Park.Memorial donations may be made to St. Richard Roman Catholic Church, 3841 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044.Information also is available at www.kingfuneralhome.com.
