CHICORA — The Nicky's Knights Relay for Life team will host a spaghetti dinner from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at Chicora Fire Hall, West Slippery Rock Street.

The event will include raffles, a Chinese auction and an Italian charm jewelry sale.

Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for youth ages 4 to 13 and free for children younger than 4. Takeouts are available.

Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Opus I Music Society of the Mars-Cranberry area is accepting applications for its 2007 scholarship awards.Applicants must be juniors or seniors in college with a major or minor in music or music education. Applicants must be from the Seneca Valley, Mars or Pine-Richland school districts.
