Eleanor 'Sis' Douglass

Eleanor "Sis"Douglass, 90, of Cranberry Township died Sunday at Sherwood Oaks of Cranberry.

Born May 5, 1916, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Norman and Lottie Daugherty Straub.

Prior to living at Sherwood Oaks, she enjoyed living in Venice, Fla.

Playing golf, and ceramic crafts were her two favorite pastimes, and her greatest love was for her family.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Slippery Rock.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Morse and Melinda Miller of Slippery Rock, and Dennis and Diann Morse of Slippery Rock; two grandchildren, Bree Lawrence and her husband, Jason, of Dawsonville, Ga., and Dylan Morse of Butler; and one great-grandson, Joel Lawrence.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Morse, and her second husband, James Andrew Douglass.

<B>Douglass </B>— A memorial service for Eleanor "Sis"Douglass, who died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Oak Lodge of Sherwood Oaks of Cranberry, 100 Norman Drive, Cranberry Township.Private interment will be in Slippery Rock.Arrangements by <B>Gabauer Funeral Home</B>, Rochester.
