The driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. He was cited for not driving a vehicle at a safe speed, accidents involving overturned vehicles and several violations of the inspection manual.Noon Monday — Someone used the Sky Bank debit card of Lori Undercuffler of Parker to make a $1,622 purchase in Philadelphia. Police are investigating.
