2:34 a.m. today — Adam Stoffel, 23, was charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute with his wife, Brandi Stoffel, no age given, at the couple's South Monroe Street home.

9:18 p.m. Wednesday — Albert McKnight, 53, of Prospect was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 422.

3:55 a.m. Thursday — Jason Lee Crawford, 29, of East Brady was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 68 near Kittanning Hollow Road in Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County.Wednesday — Several items were taken in a burglary at the Village Coffee Shop in West Franklin Township, ArmstrongCounty. The break-in occurred between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.12:40 p.m. Monday — A safe was found along Nicholson Run Road in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. The owner can claim the property by calling the barracks at 724-543-2011.

10:34 p.m. Monday — A pickup truck driven by Jami Nimmo, 24, of New Castle struck a horse attempting to cross Route 388, about one mile south of Route 422, in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. Nimmo was not injured. Police did not indicate the extent of the horse's injuries.
