Thomas and Martha Geibel

Thomas and Martha Geibel of Butler celebrate 60 years of marriage today. A family dinner is planned.

The former Martha Fennell married Geibel Feb. 27, 1947, at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Cumberland, Md.

They have three children, Thomas Geibel, Ronald Geibel and Sally Walker, all of Butler.

They also have nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Geibel retired from the Borden Dairy in Boardman, Ohio, in 1987. He is a charter member of the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club.

Mrs. Geibel retired from Bobbie Brooks in 1976.

The couple belongs to St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. They dance with the Alamo Square Dance Club.
