Victoria C. Malvarose, 63, of 354 Old Plank Road died early Monday at her home.

Born Nov. 11, 1943, in Concord Township, she was a daughter of the late William and Gladys Shaffer Gold.

She worked in the shipping department at Armco-Butler Works for several years. She formerly worked at the Butler Post Office and at the Koppers Co. on Neville Island.

Mrs. Malvarose loved playing bingo and the lottery. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, family dinners and holidays with her grandchildren.

She attended St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are three sons, Philip G. Malvarose and Ralph B. Graham, both of Butler, and George Michael Graham of West Sunbury; a daughter, S. Elizabeth Kline of Butler; a sister, Jeanette Gross of New Castle; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Philip J. Malvarose, whom she married June 25, 1966, died Dec. 13, 2006. Two brothers also preceded her in death.

<B>MALVAROSE </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Victoria C. Malvarose, who died Monday, Jan. 22, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church, 301 Penn Ave., Lyndora. The Rev. George Palick will officiate.Burial will follow at the Butler County Memorial Park. Butler Township.The bereavement committee of St. Fidelis Parish will to hold a parish prayer service at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
