Two Butler residents have received $100 each in gift certificates for participating in the Butler Eagle's reader survey in January.

Bobbie Marshall and Charles Heath were picked at random to get $100 in groceries from Friedman's.

They were among nearly 800 readers who filled out a Jan. 9 survey about feature articles such as the Ask the Doctor column, weather information and television listings.

The Eagle is using the survey results to consider any changes.
