CRANBERRY TWP — UPMC Passavant Cranberry will host a "Heart Health; Matters of the Heart" seminar at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Cranberry Township Senior Center, located in the municipal building, 2525 Rochester Road.

The free program will feature speaker Dr. Saleem Ahmed, a cardiologist. Discussion topics will include heart disease risks, prevention and treatment.

The one-hour seminar is the first in a Healthy Lifestyle Program series.

CLAY TWP — Moniteau School District will hold a kindergarten orientation at 9:30 a.m. Marcy 1 at Dassa McKinney Elementary School, Hooker Road.Speakers will include school administrators, the school nurse and the guidance counselor.Registration and information packets will be distributed.
