KC girls slip past Bobcats in OT
Allyson Kepple sank three of four free throws in overtime and the defense did the rest as the Karns City girls basketball team escaped with a 54-50 overtime win over Clarion Thursday night.
The Gremlins (19-4 overall, 16-2 in the KSAC) had two chances to win in the waning seconds of regulation, but both shots missed the mark.
Kepple finished with 14 points to lead KarnsCity.
