ZELIENOPLE — The Zelienople Historical Society will host a Little Girls' Tea from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 24 at the 1805 Buhl House, 221 S. Main St.

The event, open to girls ages 5 to 9, will include a story time, tea, snacks, favors, a cake walk and a take-home craft item.

Participants should wear their best dresses and Easter bonnets. Cost is $10 per person.

BUTLER TWP — AValentine's dinner and movie event will be held Saturday at Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. CENTER TWP — The men's group of Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, will host its fifth annual wild game dinner at 5 p.m. Feb. 25.There is no charge for the dinner, but an offering will be collected. CRANBERRY TWP — The Education Department of Butler Memorial Hospital will host an "It's a Girl Thing" mother/daughter class from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in the administrative conference room of the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA.The program is open to mothers and their daughters ages 9 to 12.The session will focus on changes during puberty and its physical and emotional effects.Good health habits and communication will also be discussed.Cost is $20 and registration can be made by calling 724-284-4843.

Applications and instructions for the Griffith D. Morgan Scholarship are available in the guidance offices of Karns City and Kittanning high schools. Application forms must be postmarked by April 30 for consideration.Applicants must live in the borough of East Brady; Brady Township, Clarion County; Sugarcreek Township; Bradys Bend Township; or Washington Township, Armstrong County.
