Monday — Police reported hit-and-run charges have been filed against Marsha Lavrich, 33, of Butler, stemming from a Feb. 5 two-vehicle crash at West Penn and Mercer streets.Lavrich is accused of driving away after her van collided with a car driven by John McGonigal, 22, of Butler Township. Another motorist saw the crash, followed the defendant to her home, and called police.Lavrich is charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.

12:47 p.m. Sunday — Avehicle driven by Nicole Fend, 19, of Butler crashed into an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Litman Road. South Butler firefighters were called and helped free Fend from the wreckage.Police said Fend, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital and released. The crash closed Litman Road for about 45 minutes.

7:50 p.m. Monday — Robert Kepple, no age given, of Strabane, Washington County, was arrested for driving under the influence and speeding on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.5:16 p.m. Monday — APeterbilt truck driven by Jason Sims, 35, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Frank Metzler, 50, of Ford City collided at Route 422 and County Line Road in Clearfield Township. Metzler, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.1:33 a.m. Monday — Robert John Richard II, 41, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of DUI at Route 68 and Oakland Drive in Oakland Township.

2:30 a.m. Monday — Acar driven by Kevin Noonan, 23, of Mars traveled off Interstate 80 and struck a guardrail in Beaver Township, Clarion County.
