Smith, Davis

A June 9 wedding is being planned by Oil City residents Missy Smith and Joe Davis.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Thomas and Mary Jane Beatty of Blasdell, N.Y., and the late Allan Arnold. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Patricia Davis of Houtzdale and the late Richard Davis.

The bride-elect is a 1992 graduate of Knoch High School. Astudent at Clarion University's Venango Campus, she is currently studying early childhood and special education.

Her fiancé graduated in 1984 from Oil City High School. He works for Northwest Savings bank in Franklin.
