Himber, Davis

Jason and Bethany Davis

Bethany Himber and Jason Davis, both of Huntersville, N.C., were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Wedding Chapel by the Sea in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The Rev. Dr. Grainger officiated. A reception followed in Myrtle Beach.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Lorraine Himber of Beaver Falls. Parents of the bridegroom are Bill and Betty Davis of Natrona Heights.

The maid of honor was Barb Kabel of St. Cloud, Fla. The bridesmaid was Meleah Himber of Missoula, Mont. Tessa Deemer of Tarentum served as the flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Rick Deemer of Tarentum. The usher was Matthew Kennedy of St. Cloud. Wes Deemer of Tarentum served as the ring bearer.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Butler High School, a 1997 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree, and a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina, earning a master's degree. She works for Charlotte Mecklenberg Schools in Charlotte, N.C.

The bridegroom graduated in 1992 from Highlands High School and in 1997 from Clarion University. He works for Cox Enterprises, WSOC-TV in Charlotte.

Following a honeymoon stay in Myrtle Beach, the couple is making their home in Huntersville.
