Beulah A. Frey, 85, of Cabot, formerly of Hampton Township, died Dec. 12 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 11, 1921, in Aspinwall, she was the daughter of Ivan W. and Edna Olive Marks Frey.

She had been a biology teacher and the coordinator for environmental education in the Fox Chapel School District and received numerous awards and distinctions in recognition of her outstanding teaching abilities working with youth.

She was a member of the Cabot United Methodist Church. She was involved with Cooper Cabin of the Butler County Historical Society and the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania.

She enjoyed her family genealogy.

Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.
