2:40 a.m. Monday — Christian Watson, 30, of Evans City was charged with simple assault of Tamsen Watson, 48, also of Evans City. The two were in an argument at 310 Margaret Ave. in Forward Township. Tamsen Watson was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital. Christian Watson was arrested and placed in the Butler County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.11:30 a.m. Monday — Lisa Myers, 26, of Bruin; Mike Eli, 25, of Bruin; and Steven Rider, 24, of Petrolia were all cited for harassment after an argument at 134 Main St., Bruin.Monday — Someone between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Monday removed construction tools from 183 Election House Road, Franklin Township.

5:25 a.m. Dec. 25 — Someone tried to remove motorcycles owned by Lance Dickey of Cochranton and Michael Casteel of Grove City from Amsterdam Estates in Liberty Township.
