James F. Doerr
James F. Doerr, 77, of Butler, formerly of Cabot, died Monday at his home.
Born July 29, 1929, in Fenelton, he was the son of Karl F. and Grace I. Fennell Doerr.
He served in the Army during the Korean War. He then worked at the Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center for 28 years as a custodian before retiring in 1988.
Mr. Doerr was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Church, the Saxonburg American Legion and the Disabled Veterans of America in Butler.
He enjoyed traveling.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Floyd (Patricia) Treich of Butler and Mrs. Blaine (Joann) Lang and Mrs. Charles (Pearl) Clowes, both of Cabot.
<B>DOERR</B> — Friends of James F. Doerr, who died Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>., 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. C. Gerald Huhn officiating.
