Dillaman 60th anniversary
Hilliards residents William "Bus"and Margaret "Edna" Dillaman celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family dinner in Hermitage.
The former Margaret Johnston married Dillaman on Dec. 12, 1946, at Boyers United Methodist Church Parsonage in Boyers.
They have three children, Sharon Hays of Butler, Bonnie McCandless of Boyers and Mark Dillaman of West Sunbury. They also have three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Adaughter, Janice Dillaman, and a grandson are deceased.
Dillaman is retired from U.S. Steel in Ellwood City and Mercer Lime in Branchton. He served as a ski trooper in Italy during World War II and is a member of the American Legion Post 243.Mrs. Dillaman is a homemaker.The couple belongs to Ridgeville United Methodist Church.
