7:23 p.m. Saturday — William H. Anderson, 33, of Butler was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order by standing on the porch of his residence at 316 Walker Ave. while his wife, Nicole Anderson, 31, was inside. He was placed in Butler County Prison.6:30 p.m. Friday — A red Dodge Neon driven by a white male rear-ended a car driven by Jessica Hilliard, 24, of Butler on West Cunningham Street before fleeing the scene. Hilliard received minor injuries.6:13 p.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Charles Edmiston, 45, of Butler and a pickup truck driven by Landon Fleeger, 22, of Butler collided at the intersection of East Jefferson and Cedar streets. No one was injured.3:35 p.m. Dec. 10 — A car driven by Vito Morabito, 83, of Butler and a car driven by George Mellinger, 66, of Butler collided at the intersection of Main and Brady streets. No injuries were reported.Dec. 9 — Ryan Osche of Butler reported an unknown vehicle struck his pickup truck while it was parked overnight on North Elm Street. Police report that damage to the truck's rear fender indicates it was done by a snow plow.

2:10 a.m. Sunday — Joshua J. Royle, 23, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Brownsdale Road in Penn Township.12:31 a.m. Sunday — Justin Warner, 23, of Parker was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his ATV rolled over several times on Route 268 in Petrolia. Warner was not injured.7:18 p.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Preeti Tuli, 25, of Warren, Ohio, left the southbound lanes of Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township and hit a ditch in the median before stopping in the highway's northbound lanes. No one was injured.4:40 p.m. Saturday — Steven Owens, 46, of Boyers faces charges of making terroristic threats and harassment after allegedly brandishing a pistol during a road rage incident. The alleged victim, Heath Campbell, 33, of Harrisville, faces charges of following another vehicle too closely.3:30 p.m. Saturday — David A. Kightlinger, 20, and Alisha Ann Belice, 19, both of Rimersburg, were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy after allegedly stealing more than $215 worth of clothing from the JCPenny store in the Clearview Mall in Center Township. They were placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond for Kightlinger and $1,500 bond for Belice.Saturday — Someone stole $140 worth of toys from Angela Scribner's vehicle while it was parked at the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township between 2 and 10 p.m. Anyone with information about the theft should call state police at 724-284-8100.Saturday — Someone stole a green and black tool bag with various tools, a red and black 14-inch Homelite chainsaw, a green and black 16-inch Poulan chainsaw and two boxes of Christmas candy, worth a total of about $600, from several sheds at the East Butler residence of Harry McCullough at 152 Davis Road between Dec. 9 and 16.Saturday — Someone broke into Boice's Auto Sales on South Franklin Street in Prospect between 5:30 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Nothing was reported stolen.Saturday — Someone damaged a piece of machinery and stole chrome owned by Michael Sosigan of West Sunbury at a lot at the intersection of Glenwood Way and Henricks Road in Center Township between Aug. 1 and Dec. 16.Saturday — Someone stole various items from Todd McGowan's vehicle while it was parked near 355 South Franklin Street between 7 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Anyone with information about the theft should call state police at 724-284-8100.Thursday — Someone stole change out of four vehicles parked in Kevin Colteryahn's barn at 1362 Prospect Road in Connoquenessing Township between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. Thursday. Anyone with information about the theft should call police at 724-284-8100.Thursday — Someone stole a gray car bucket seat, five six-bolt white spoke Chevy rims, a 1,000-amp stereo amp, two auto paint guns and other items from Jay and Laura Switzer's garage and house at 130 Slater Road in Allegheny Township between Dec. 10 and 14.9:02 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Dale Vommer, 24, of Eau Claire struck a deer on Route 58 in Venango Township. He was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

5:12 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Daniel Anderson, 35, of Grove City collided with a vehicle driven by Patricia Sestak, 43, of Grove City and a vehicle driven by Julia Boyd, 48, of Grove City at the intersection of Route 208 and Irishtown Road in Pine Township. Sestak and two of her passengers, Ryan Sestak, 16, and Kristi Sestak, 11, received minor injuries. Boyd received moderate injuries. Anderson received unknown injuries. Everyone was wearing a seat belt.1 a.m. Thursday — Someone stole the license plate from Donna Graham's vehicle while it was parked at the Woodside Apartments in Pine Township.

6:50 p.m. Saturday — Ryan D. Burlett, 19, of Sarver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 28 in Harmar Township, Allegheny County. Burlett and his passenger, Jared S. Johns, 19, of Sarver also face drug charges after police found marijuana bags in their possession. Police also found Johns had a marijuana pipe.8:20 p.m. Friday — Travis J. Anthony, 19, of Kittanning was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township.

Saturday — Someone stole several items from the vehicle of Luke Ruffner of Rimersburg while it was parked on South 5th Avenue in Clarion Township between 10 p.m. Friday and 4 a.m. Saturday.

3:45 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Carmen York, 18, of Springdale, Ohio, struck a guard rail on Frew Mill Road in Slippery Rock Township. York was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
