The owner cam claim the property by calling the barracks at 724-284-8100.3:42 p.m. Wednesday — Cars driven by Chris Walters, 32, of Strattanville, Clarion County, and Barbara Ann Brown, 54, of Evans City collided on Interstate 79 and the Route 528 off-ramp in Jackson Township. Brown, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
