Elizabeth Thomas

Elizabeth Thomas, 91, formerly of Main Street in Lyndora, died at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday at Newhaven Court, Center Township.

Born May 12, 1915, in Venango Township, she was the daughter of John and Bertha Kish Jerry.

Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker and a 1933 graduate of Butler High School.

She was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two sons and their wives, Steve "Gus" and Lois Thomas of Florence, Ky., and Robert J. and Patricia Thomas of San Dimas, Calif.; a daughter and her husband, Cynthia T. and L.L. Johnson of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a number of special nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve J. Thomas, who died April 10, 1976; two sisters, and three brothers.

<B>THOMAS </B>— Private services for Elizabeth Thomas, who died Tuesday, Nov., 7, 2006, were at the convenience of the family. Burial was at Butler County Memorial Park, Butler Township.Contributions may be made to Covenant Food Cupboard, 230 E.
