Spencer, Johnson pace SV to tourney win

Kelsey Spencer scored 14 points and Amanda Johnson added 11 points to lead the Seneca Valley girls basketball team to a 53-34 victory over Bradford in the championship final of the Franklin Tip-Off Tournament Saturday.

The Raiders (2-0) limited Franklin to eight second-half points.

Jackie Mangola, who added eight points and 10 rebounds, was the tournament MVP while Spencer was named to the all-tournament team.
