Goulet, Roman
Amanda Goulet of Butler and George Roman of Ross Township were united in marriage May 20 at First United Methodist Church in Butler. The Rev. David Panther officiated. A reception followed at the Seven Oaks Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of George and Susan Bowser of Butler and Ronald Goulet of Cowansville. Parents of the bridegroom are Michael and Cecelia Roman of Wexford.
The honor attendant was Jennifer Bergbigler of Butler. Bridesmaids included Angela Doubt and Bridgette Gigliotti, both of Butler; Carla Brack of Cranberry Township; and Amy Francis of Ambridge. Flower girls were Jenessa Bergbigler of Butler and Courtney Roman of Cranberry Township.
Performing the duties of best man was Dan Roman of Cleveland. Ushers included Ed Roman of Cranberry Township, Jacob Bowser of Butler and Bryan Boyer and Scott Fultz, both of Ross Township. Ring bearers were Luke Bowser and Darren Bergbigler, both of Butler; Simon Brown of Mount Lebanon; and Jason Roman of Cranberry Township.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Butler County Community College. She works at Dingbats in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated in 1987 from North Allegheny High School and in 1991 from Penn State University. He works for Quaker Steak and Lube in Robinson Township.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Ross Township.
