Schnur, Stewart
Butler residents Lindsay Schnur and John Stewart were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Sept. 9 at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Vagabond Hall in Lyndora.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Roberta Schnur of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Sharon Stewart of Butler.
The maid of honor was Allison Schnur of Butler. Bridesmaids included Missy Schnur of Butler; Jayme Cygan and Cara Gallagher, both of Pittsburgh; Allyson Stough of Annapolis, Md.; and Heather Stewart of Seven Fields. The flower girl was Emma Schnur of Fenelton.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Derek Neubauer of Butler. Ushers included Todd Schnur, Sean Geibel, Seth Coyle and Ryan Osche, all of Butler. The ring bearer was Cody Reddick of Butler.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School and a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University. She works in the Division of Endocrinology for Pediatric Alliance in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Butler High School and in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh. He works for Bruce and Merilees in New Castle.
Following a honeymoon trip to Florida, the couple is making their home in Butler.
