Martha E. Bryan
Martha E. Bryan, 97, formerly of Prospect died Monday at the St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars after an illness.
Born July 4, 1909, in Gas City, Ind., she was the daughter of Harry LaRue Morrow and Nora LaVina Collins.
She was a homemaker and a member of The Presbyterian Church of Prospect, where she was the oldest member.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews, a stepgranddaughter and a stepgrandson.
Her husband, Willis A. Bryan, whom she married May 5, 1956, died Oct. 9, 2001. She also was preceded in death by a stepson, a stepdaughter and three brothers.
<B>BRYAN</B> — Friends of Martha E. Bryan, who died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Jay Bryan Funeral Home</B>, 443 Main St., Prospect. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at The Presbyterian Church of Prospect with the Rev. Robert Allison officiating. Burial will be at the Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Presbyterian Church of Prospect.
