1:47 a.m. Wednesday — Dellaney Fuller, 44, of Pittsburgh was arrested for driving under the influence on South Chestnut Street. He was also cited for going the wrong way on a one-way street.
2:27 a.m. Tuesday — Timothy Zmijowski, 44, of Butler Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Linhurst Avenue. Police noted that an intoxilyzer test showed Zmijowski's blood-alcohol level was nearly four times the state's legal limit. In addition to DUI, he was cited for numerous of traffic violations.
11:38 a.m. Thursday — Cars driven by Lauren Southworth, 18, of Cabot and Melville Waltenbaugh, 71, of Sarver collided at Portman and Bonniebrook roads in Summit Township.Southworth and a 14-year-old Fenelton girl riding in her car, both wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries. Apassenger in Waltenbaugh's car, Carolyn Waltenbaugh, 71, of Sarver, also suffered minor injuries; she was wearing a seat belt.12:01 a.m. Thursday — Apickup truck driven by Andrew Hainey, 26, of Destrehan, La., struck a tree along Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Hainey, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken with unknown injuries to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Apolice report noted that speed and alcohol were suspected factors in the crash.Thursday — Phyliss Wirth reported that someone stole a silverware dining set from her Isle Road home in Franklin Township. The theft occurred between May 12 and Thursday.4:36 p.m. Wednesday — Robert Sheraden, 44, of Valencia was seriously injured when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle and crashed on Route 38 near Hoon Road in Center Township. Sheraden, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle when it rolled over several times.He was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. His condition was not known this morning.12:51 a.m. Tuesday — Jason Wulff, 18, of Chicora was arrested for driving under the influence at West Brady and Washington streets in Butler.Tuesday — About 80 pounds of copper tubing was stolen from a work trailer at the Fairview Township building parking lot. The theft occurred between 6:30 p.m. Monday and 6:45 a.m. Tuesday. Clivers Construction Co. of Fairview owns the stolen property.5:!5 p.m. Monday — Acar driven by Kristen Bizousky, 19, of Indiana, Pa., struck the rear of a truck on Route 422 near Skyline Drive in Franklin Township. Police cited Bizousky for an undisclosed traffic violation. Jeffrey File, 43, of Bruin was driving the truck.10:26 p.m. Monday — Acar driven by Yang Lu, 22, of Gibsonia struck a deer head-on on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.2:54 p.m. Monday — Acar driven by John Roccia, 59, no address given, struck a tree along Boyers Road near Ferguson Road in Marion Township.6:55 a.m. Monday — Amini-van driven by William Lydic, 52, of Penn Run, Indiana County, and a car driven by Anthony Jesko, 58, of Youngstown, Ohio, collided on Route 422 at the Interstate 79 on-ramp. Jesko, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.Monday — An unknown thief broke into a garage in Clinton Township and stole about 100 pounds of meat and poultry, including pork, chicken and turkey. The burglary and theft at the Westminster Road home of Christina Voit occurred between 5 p.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. Monday.2 p.m. Sunday — Amini-van driven by Louise Richir, 64, of Brocton, N.Y., and a car driven by Jason Prosser, 22, of Evans City collided on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. The car rolled onto its roof after the crash. Richir was cited for a lane violation and failure to use turn signals.5:44 p.m. Saturday — Debra Shilling, 61, of Hubbard, Ohio, suffered minor injuries when her car struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. Shilling, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated at UPMCCranberry Passavant and released.
8:28 a.m. Thursday — Keith Eugine Williams Jr., 37, of Chicora was arrested for violating a court-issued protection from abuse order for allegedly telephoning Rebecca Lynn Williams at her Pony Farm Road in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Police noted that Williams was also wanted on a bench warrant issued out of Venango County. He remains in the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond for the PFA violation and the warrant.11:35 p.m. Tuesday — Justin Oliver, 26, of Kittanning was arrested for allegedly assaulting Billie Jo Stephens, 34, during a domestic dispute at her Garin Street home in Worthington, Armstrong County. Police said Oliver punched the victim twice in the face. He was arraigned on simple assault charges and placed in the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
