Recently, 22 motorcycles and three trucks met at the Toys for Tots Warehouse at Moraine Pointe Plaza for a benefit ride.

A motorcycle-riding Santa Claus led the group to the American Legions in Zelienople, West Sunbury, Harrisville and Lyndora. Participants collected $1,000 and about 116 toys from the American Legion posts.

The gifts will be given to Butler County children in need during the holidays. Parents or guardians of dependents age 18 or younger who are unable to afford Christmas gifts can call 724-865-9852.
