These items have been collected from various police departments.

3:13 p.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Louise Cook, 67, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Patricia Cornetti, 40, of Butler collided on West Jefferson Street. Cornetti and her two passengers, Chelsa Cornetti, 16, and Garnett Burrows, 24, both of Butler, were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Cook was not injured. All four people were wearing seat belts. Cook, who was in the right lane, was cited for making a turn in front of Cornetti.

6:55 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Jeremy Whitehouse, 18, of Grove City struck an embankment off Interstate 80's Interstate 79 southbound exit ramp in Findley Township before overturning, landing on its wheels. The driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.5:15 a.m. Thursday — A tractor-trailer driven by Lewis Fox, 55, of Akron, Ohio, struck a ditch in the median on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. Fox was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.4:08 a.m. Thursday — A tractor-trailer driven by Robert Metz Jr., 32, of Parker overturned on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. Metz was taken by Superior Ambulance to Grove City Medical Center, where he was treated for minor injuries and released. The accident occurred while Metz was eating. He was cited for careless driving and not driving on roads laned for traffic.1 a.m. Nov. 5 — A car driven by Jesse Lee Seelbaugh, 21, of Grove City struck a mailbox and tree before rolling onto its side on Daugherty Road in Pine Township. The driver, who was not injured, fled the scene. Seelbaugh was cited for not driving on the right side of the road, careless driving and not immediately notifying police.

10:50 a.m. Wednesday — Someone broke into the basement door of the residence of Paul Woytowish, 52, of North Buffalo Township at 319 Shady Lane Road. Possibly scared off by Woytowish's dog, the person fled. Anyone with information about the incident should call police at 724-543-2011.

11:30 a.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Charles Durnell, 80, of Slippery Rock and a car driven by Mary Ellen Reese, 20, of Mercer collided on Route 108 in Plain Grove Township. No one was injured.10:45 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Cynthia Solman, 35, of Harmony and a car driven by Jessica Goswick, 19, of New Castle collided at the intersection of Routes 108 and 1013 in Scott Township. The impact sent Goswick's car into an embankment and a tree. No one was injured. Solman was cited for not yielding the right of way from a stop sign.Thursday — Someone set a garage owned by Blaine Martin, 44, of Volant at 402 Martin Lane on fire between 1 and 5 a.m.

The Butler County District Attorney's DUI Task Force will patrol throughout the Thanksgiving holiday week. Along with roving patrols, there will be underage drinking enforcement and a focus on seat belt violations and aggressive drivers.
