Bayne, Sliker
East Brady residents Deborah Bayne and Ronald Sliker were united in marriage Sept. 30 in a Jewish ceremony in New Castle.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph Brusina of Chicora and the late Elaine Brusina. Mother of the bridegroom is Patricia Sliker of Batavia, N.Y.
The couple's children served as the bridal party. Daughter Lacey served as maid of honor and son Devin as best man.
Also serving as attendants were their children Garrett, Sophia, Grace and Frances. Attendant, Zachary Mandigo, the bride's son, was unable to participate in the ceremony due to service in the Army.
The bride is a 1986 graduate of Karns City High School. She attended Plymouth State University, studying criminal law, and Butler County Community College for a paramedic and emergency medical technician certificate. She serves as a paramedic in Armstrong and Butler counties.
The bridegroom is a 1986 graduate of Penbroke High School. He attended Grove City College, studying criminal justice. He is a 12-year veteran paramedic for both Armstrong and Butler Counties.
The couple owns and operates Mystical Moonlight Enterprises.
They are making their home in East Brady. A honeymoon trip is planned in the spring.
