These items have been collected from various police departments.

5:37 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by William Smith, 80, of Harrisville and a vehicle driven by Matthew Wight, 21, of Butler collided on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Smith, who was wearing a seat belt, received minor injuries. No other injuries were reported. Smith was cited for not driving on roads laned for traffic.

Oct. 18 — Someone broke into Timothy Sims' residence on Lairds Crossing Road in West Franklin Township and stole an estimated $6,000 in cash between 1 p.m. Oct. 13 and 1 p.m. Oct. 18.

2:05 p.m. Wednesday — A Jeep driven by a 17-year-old Rimersburg girl and a car driven by Mabel Bryant, 79, of Sligo collided at the intersection of Route 68 and Huckleberry Ridge Road in Piney Township. The impact sent Bryant's car into a car driven by Donald Vasbinder, 46, of Rimersburg. The first impact also overturned the Jeep. Bryant, who was wearing a seat belt, received major injuries. She was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. The Jeep's driver and front passenger, another 17-year-old Rimersburg girl, and Vasbinder, all were wearing seat belts and received moderate injuries. Nathaniel Boltz, 18, the rear Jeep passenger, was not wearing a seat belt and received minor injuries. The Sligo Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
