Donaldson

Eric Scott Donaldson, 43, of Springhill, Fla., went to his home in heaven on Sept. 6 after a three-year battle with cancer.

Born Dec. 19, 1962, he was the son of Ward A. and E. Naomi Jordan Donaldson.

He was a 1981 graduate of Moniteau High School.

Mr. Donaldson loved music festivals, driving his dune buggies all over, his Volkswagen van and cooking and barbequing for his many friends and family.

Surviving are his wife, Donna L. Raynor Donaldson, who he married March 29, 1986; a daughter, Erica Donaldson, at home; his parents of Slippery Rock, formerly of Boyers; two sisters, Deborah Smith of Slippery Rock and Lori Buckley of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and three brothers, Bruce Donaldson of St. Petersburg, Fla., the Rev. Gary Donaldson and his wife, Gail, of Russell, Warren County, and Barry Donaldson of Largo, Fla.

<B>DONALDSON </B>— A memorial service for Eric Scott Donaldson, who died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006, will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Boyers United Methodist Church, with his brother, the Rev. Gary Donaldson, officiating. The Rev. Kathy Soltis, church pastor, will assist.Funeral services were Sept. 11 in Springhill.Arrangements are being handled by the <B>McKinley Funeral Home</B>, Clintonville.
