Mechling

Brandy Mechling, formerly of Saxonburg, received a master's degree in nursing recently from Hampton University in Virginia.The daughter of James and Marlene McCabe of Sarver, she is a 1994 graduate of Knoch High School and a 1997 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University, where she received a bachelor's degree in nursing.Mechling has been employed in the field of mental health nursing. She recently accepted a teaching position with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and plans to pursue a doctoral degree.———

<B>Benjamin Rodgers</B> graduated magna cum laude from St. Vincent College recently, earning a bachelor of science degree in business management.While at the college, he was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society and the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. He was a founding member of the Global Experience Club, with which he traveled to Prague, Czech Republic. Rodgers also volunteered with the Meal on the Boulevard community outreach program in Pittsburgh.The son of Frank Rodgers and Kathi Rodgers, both of Butler, he is currently employed with Kennametal in Latrobe.———

<B>Nicholas Voorhees</B> graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University recently, receiving a bachelor's degree in aeronautical science/aviation business administration.The son of Hank and Susan Voorhees of Grove City, he is a 2002 graduate of Grove City High School.Voorhees, a commercial pilot with instructor ratings, has accepted a position as a flight instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla.———

<B>Elizabeth Auld</B> of Mars graduated from Miami (Ohio) University recently, receiving a bachelor of arts degree.
