BUTLER TWP — The American Cancer Society will host the workshop "I Can Cope: Nutritional Well Being" from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Benbrook Medical Center, Benbrook Road.

The workshop is open to those with cancer and their loved ones and will focus on healthy eating during cancer treatment and recovery.

Tobacco Free Butler County will offer an evening of food, activities and information from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Philips Room at the Butler YMCA, 339 N. BUTLER TWP — A Families Forever Seminar, hosted by Lifesteps and Family Services of Butler Memorial Hospital, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Lifesteps, 383 New Castle Road.The seminar will focus on minimizing the effects of divorce on children.A program for children in grades one through six will be held simultaneously.Cost is $50 for adults and free for children. The Butler Public Library is now seeking vendors of handmade craft items for its annual fall craft show to be held Oct. 20 and 21.Cost is $25 per space. CENTER TWP — A craft show and sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Unionville Fire Department, Route 8 and Mahood Road. Admission is free.

The Butler County Historical Society and the Associated Artists of Butler County will host an autumn tour of Foxburg on Oct. 16.The motor coach will depart at 9 a.m. from the parking lot of Butler Motor Transit, South Monroe Street.Visitors will have time to shop in downtown Foxburg and a lunch will be served from noon to 1 p.m.The trip will also include a visit to the Fox Estate.Cost is $65 per person. FENELTON — The Animal Partners of Butler County will host its final rabies clinic for 2006 from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Happy Hunters Sportsmen's Club, Clearfield Road.Cost is $6 and all pets must be restrained on a leash or in a carrier.
