7:45 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Derek Burns, 23, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Jeremiah Burkett, 22, both of Chicora, collided on Center Drive in Oakland Township. Burns, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries, was cited for driving on the wrong side of the road.Thursday — An unknown thief took a digital camera from a hunting area on Beulah Road in Oakland Township. The theft occurred between 10 a.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Thursday. Dave Meeder of Oakland Township owns the camera, a brown and gray Wildview Xtreme 3 model.6:35 p.m. Sept. 26 — A motorcycle driven by Kyle Hartzell, 20, of Seneca, Venango County, crashed in the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township. Hartzell was thrown off the bike, which fell over and slid nearly 200 feet. Hartzell, who was wearing a helmet, was not injured.

1:39 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Shawna Edwards, 20, of Worthington was traveling on Route 268 in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, when it struck an embankment and a utility pole and overturned. Edwards, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the car. She was taken to ACMH Hospital in Kittanning for treatment of moderate injuries.
