Wayne Henry Follstaedt, 68, of Louisville, Ky., died Saturday at Baptist Hospital East, Louisville.

Born in Pennsylvania, he was the son of John and Marie Follstaedt.

He was a graduate of Wilmington College and an Army veteran.

Mr. Follstaedt retired as a foreman with the Ford Motor Co. after more than 30 years.

He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Louisville.

He is survived by a daughter, Mikal Follstaedt; his beloved grandson, Reed Henry Follstaedt; two sisters, Elaine Gaiser (Dennis) and Marilyn Shubert (Carl); and three brothers, Donald (Carol), Gene (Norma) and Ken (Kay) Follstaedt.

<B>FOLLSTAEDT</B> — Friends of Wayne Henry Follstaedt, who died Saturday, July 29, 2006, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Ratterman Funeral Home</B>, 3711 Lexington Road, Louisville, Ky. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville.Memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
