Katie Fleeger, 12, of Butler had 10 inches of her hair cut off so it could be donated to Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that gives hairpieces to children suffering from long-term medical hair loss. Fleeger, a sixth grade student at McQuistion Elementary, is the daughter of Doug and Patty Fleeger.
