Oertel

Louise L. "Dolly" Oertel, 88, of Saxonburg died Friday at Saxony Health Center.

Born July 23, 1918, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Joseph and Lelia Chapman Schumaker.

She was the owner of the Step-Inn on Route 8 for 11 years.

Surviving are her two daughters, Marilyn L. Brant of Gibsonia and Lelia "Lil" Markle of Saxonburg, and her son, Wayne "Joe" Oertel of Blawnox, Pa.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Allen "Al" Oertel, who died in 2001, and a sister.

<B>OERTEL</B> — Friends of Louise L. "Dolly" Oertel, who died Friday, July 28, 2006, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Keller officiating.Burial will follow in the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
