Charlene Clarke Hoglund, 44, daughter of Donna Norton Mills of Florida and Edwin J. Clarke of Pennsylvania died Monday at Imperial Point Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Charlene was a graduate of Seneca Valley High School and Edinboro University. She had lived in Florida for the past 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her brother, E. Jerry Clarke III of Butler, and her stepfather, David L. Norton of Mars.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Hoglund; two daughters, Emily and Jessica Hoglund; her mother, Donna Norton; father and stepmother, Ed and Jan Clarke; two sisters, Karen and Laurie Clarke; her sister-in-law, Allison Clarke; her brother's three children, Kris, Darien and Reno Clarke; two stepbrothers, Greg and Mark Norton; and two stepsisters, Jodi Keller and Tracy Scholar.

HOGLUND — There will be a memorial service for Charlene Clarke Hoglund, who died Monday, July 24, 2006, officiated by the Rev. Bruce Gascoine of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Allison Park. The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at the Mars VFW pavilion in Mars. At Charlene's request, her body is being cremated.There will be a gathering of family and friends for a celebration of her life at her life-long friend's, Roy Meyerl in Cowansville, Pa.
