Mary E. Thoma-Shaw, 68, of Valencia died Wednesday at UPMC Passavant hospital.

Born June 16, 1938, in Butler, she was the daughter of Edward and Margaret Kozakovsky Miller.

She retired July 30, 1998, as a manager for National City Bank after 40 years.

Mrs. Thomas-Shaw was a member of Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church in Glade Mills.

She enjoyed camping and gardening.

Surviving are her husband, Ralph A. Shaw Sr., whom she married Sept. 9, 1995; a son, Edward W. "Butch" Thoma of Butler; a brother, Edward Miller of Valencia; a sister, Margaret Wise of Valencia, and several nieces and nephews.

Her first husband, Joseph R. Thoma, died May 28, 1989.

Thoma-Shaw, who died Wednesday, July 26, 2006, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, Glade Mills, with the Rev. Daniel Maurer as celebrant.
