Hoffman, Bonnett

Steven and Kristina Bonnett

Kristina Hoffman of New Bethlehem and Steven Bonnett of Butler were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. May 27 at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Butler. The Rev. Arlene Schweitzer officiated. A reception followed at the Kittanning Township Fire Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Margie Hoffman of New Bethlehem. Parents of the bridegroom are George and Carol Bonnett of Butler.

The bride was presented for marriage by her brother, Gary "Krumb"Hoffman.

The maid of honor was Nancy Trimble of Indiana, Pa., and the matron of honor was Lori Montag of Chicora. Bridesmaids included Angela Swartz of Elderton, Mandy Hixson of Clarksburg and Jayne Boyles of Tionesta. The flower girls were Chasey Jo Townsend and Lindsey Townsend, both of Elderton.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Brad Montag of Chicora. Ushers included Steve Kline of New Alexandria, Gary Hoffman of New Bethlehem, Richard Hixson of Clarksburg and David Huemme of Butler. The ring bearers were Travis Swartz of Elderton and Hunter Montag of Chicora.

The bride attended Dayton High School and Indiana (Pa.) University. She works as a teacher at the Ridgeview Academy Charter School.

The bridegroom attended Butler High School, Butler County Community College and Slippery Rock University. He works as a merchandiser for the 7-Up Bottling Company.

The couple is making their home in Butler.
