Gross, Shick

Donald and Sarah Shick

Sarah Gross of DeGraff, Ohio, and Donald Shick of Evans City were united in marriage May 20 at the Mount Tabor Church of God in DeGraff. The Rev. Kerry Snapp officiated. A reception followed in the church fellowship hall.

The bride is the daughter of David and Charlene Gross of DeGraff. Parents of the bridegroom are Daniel and Karen Shick of Evans City.

The honor attendant was Jolene Gross of DeGraff. Bridesmaids included Maria Seeley of Lewistown, Ohio; Rebecca Shick of Evans City; and Rachel Gross of DeGraff. Attendants included Sarah Shick of Evans City and Taylor Anderson and Lauren Anderson, both of Rushsylvania, Ohio. The flower girl was Peyton Green of Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Performing the duties of best man was John Shick of Evans City. Groomsmen included Micah Karns of Butler, Andrew Karns of Evans City and Ben Kline of Sewickley. Ushers included Matthew Gross and Jeremy Lowe, both of Rushsylvania, and John Seely of Lewistown, Ohio. Bible bearers were Jonathan Lowe and Garrett Gross, both of Rushsylvania.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Christian Liberty Academy. She is a former employee of AVIIndustries in Lake View, Ohio.

The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Butler High School and in 2002 from Butler County Community College. He works for All General Excavating in Evans City.

Following a honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls, the couple is making their home in Portersville.
