Cadet Matthew Friters graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point recently.A 2000 graduate of Karns City High School, his is the son of Patrick and Christy Friters of Karns City.Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army. He plans to enter Military Intelligence and will complete an Officer Basic Course at Fort Huachuca in Arizona.———
